    Xbox family safety permissions


    I have 3 sons registered on my xbox family account. One of them no matter how many time I give him permission to play minecraft, by either the xbox or the family app, still cannot get access to the game or any other multiplayer games either. I'd create a new email and a new account but I've already put money on his account and don't see the need to waste it.

    I just have a couple of questions:

    1. When your son tries to access Minecraft, after you have given him permission, does it give him an error message?
    2. Have you tried removing him from the family and re-adding him again?
