    Xbox Family Removal Issue


    I got a doozy here.

    Several years ago, I added myself into a Xbox family, under my father's account with an email that no longer existed. Xbox 360 didn't recognize, (and didn't care, the profile worked fine). However, XONE saw the flaw, making my father make a new account with
    a new email, because XONE wouldn't allow access to the previous account. I am stuck in this family under an account that is inaccessible, so I can't be removed, and updated to a new one.

    Thoughts?

    well i cant find it anymore on my xbox because the family center doesnt show up on the new update but when i go on xbox.com and try there it says can not remove member at this time try again later and its been about 2 months

    I had a the same issue. it something to do with the family settings. I removed my account from the family that I was in and this fixed the issue.

    Is it actually completely removing people from the family pack, as in, your husband (primary member) goes to the family center and the person has been removed from the family and needs to be readded?

    It sounds like you are actually having connection issues.
