Xbox family pass login question

Hi there,

you might want to double check if the console is set as Home console for your account. Since normally it shouldn't be needed for you to sign in to have the other accounts on the console to benefit from the Gold subscription etc. See this link for the steps:

Also be sure to check if the internet connecting is working properly since this is required for the Home console sharing to work properly.

To be sure also check their sign in settings to verify if all is set up correctly to sign in etc. via the console, but also via account.xbox.com/settings and https://account.microsoft.com/family

you have to have one account that has the gold and game pass and use this login on one xbox

on the other xbox login with same user and set it as home console then login with other user that is going to play the games

this should sort what your talking about

and u still use your login on both consoles for the adult account for security and family settings

Do you mean game pass? Or you're game sharing with someone in your family? If its game share then try having your family member login with their account on the console and see if it shows up then.

Question currently i have 2 xbox ones in the house only one console can be a family set up to share game pass and live with the family.

When I get the series X will this allow me to set the X and the one as 2 separate family devices?
