    Xbox Family App Notification SOUND not working


    Trying to get notifications to have a sound for the Xbox Family App on my iPhone 13.

    The sound is ticked to On in my notifications in settings.

    Also the iOS is the latest version.

    Therefore no idea why the sound doesn’t play when a notification for extra screen time is requested

    Any help appreciated

    Thank you for your response. This was already checked before I posted on the forum. See photo attached.

    I have done all the obvious things but do not get a Sound whenever a notification appears

The Xbox Family Settings application which can be found on your mobile device's app store has activity reports that allow you to review your family member's daily and weekly activity, which includes their total play time: View activity reports and notifications in the Xbox Family Settings app
