    Xbox fails to start


    The xbox starts but the TV doesnt get any HDMI signal from it. I can´t connect any wireless controllers and the power button on the xbox lights up with low intensity. What can I do?

    Hey there, have you tried to Power Cycle your console? To do this hold down the Xbox power button for 10 seconds, hopefully, this works. Also, have you tried using another HMDI cable? Finally, it could be the power brick (If you have an Xbox One original)
    ensure that the Xbox is getting the required power.

    I cant access the setting menu and Ive already done the hard reset several times. Do you have any other idea?

    Yes Ive tried the power cycle and another HDMI cable in different TVs. About the power brick, I have the Xbox One S.

    I'm sorry to hear that the Xbox is not displaying a picture on your TV. I'd be happy to try and help.

    The best thing to start of with is a
    hard reset and power cycle     if you haven't already done so. Make sure to leave the Xbox unplugged for a few minutes to let the power unit reset.

    Also try plugging in the HDMI cable into all of the ports on your TV. This article may have some helpful information on it as well:

    Ive already done the hard reset several times and disconnected the power from the xbox and it still doesnt work. Im starting to think its not a display problem but a software one. Do you think a full reset may help?
