    Xbox failing to load Error


    This issue occurs every time I turn on the xbox. Once loaded into the main dashboard nothing is loaded in. What items are loaded in will attempt to open only to provide me we an error code that this page took to long to load. Even pressing the Xbox button
    on the controller can sometimes take minutes to open the dashboard. I thought it was an internet issue but everytime I complete a speed test i am at 50 up and 50 down. After around 10 or 15 minutes the xbox will start to work properly.

    Thanks for your help. The xbox is only a month old and has not done this before. Thankfully I tried to delete the Minecraft game and reinstall (after resetting the console as above) and that worked. We lost all our saved games but at least its working
    again.

    We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns the console experiencing difficulties with loading the home screen as well as experiencing performance issues.

    It may be best in this case to attempt a factory reset on your console, which can be brought up by using the startup troubleshooter provided within our how
    to reset your Xbox One console to factory defaults using a USB flash drive     support article. In this case, you can select to keep games and apps as to avoid having to install your games again.

    This will remove profiles, so be sure to have all information for signing into each/every account so that they will not become lost.
