    XBOX failed update error


    Hi,

    I am trying to setup my old XBOX with Kinect for my son to play but I am getting a Failed Update error and everything is requiring an update for me to continue (to setup Kinect, to play a disc, to sign in).

    Error code is

    43C5 - 0000 - 0080 - 0300 - 8007 - 0570

    I’ve tried reformatting the disc, checked network connections, cleared cache… is the system just toast?

    Have a read over and see if any of the tips help you.

    Since the update has failed once already, Hold the Sync button on the console during the full boot process to clear out the failed one.
