Xbox fährt hoch aber kein Bild[Translation-Xbox drives up but no picture]

Guten Abend,

Ich wollte mal fragen ob kir jemand vielleicht helfen kann.

Ich wollte eben mehrmals vergeblich meine Xbox One starten. Sie lädt auch und zeigt mir den Ladebildschirm auch an. Aber danach habe ich nur ein schwarzes Bild. Wenn ich die Power taste vom Kontroller gedrückt halte zeigt man mir aber normal die Optionen
zum Herunterfahren und Neustarten an. Mit dem Internet ist die Konsole momentan nicht verbunden weil ich gerade erst damit aus dem Urlaub komme. Von einer anderen Seite habe ich mal den Tipp probiert beim start sowohl Power, eject als auch den anderen Knopf
gleichzeitig zu drücken um in ein Konfiguratiobs system zu kommen. Hat den fehler aber nicht behoben, nur das die Auflösung jetzt ziemlich schrecklich ist im Ladebildschirm.

Hoffe jemand kann mir helfen.

Ich habe bloß ein problem und zwar wenn ich die Tasten drücke schalten sie sich automatisch aus.

Sorry to hear it. Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down. Then unplug it for 30 seconds. Then hold the Sync button (left side near the USB port on the original Xbox One and just below
the power button on the S and X consoles) and the Eject button for the console then press the power button and hold until you hear a second start up noise.

If you are using the Xbox One All Digital console then you only need to hold the Sync button and then press the power button to reset.

You should now see a new screen. Scroll over to Restart/Reset and reset the console to factory settings. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them.

If this does not work then your console may need to be repaired you can set it up at
https://devicesupport.microsoft.com. Once you've completed the repair request and received your shipping label you can pack up the console.

Please be sure to only pack the console and no extras such as cables or controllers as Xbox does not guarantee they'll be returned.
