    Hi guys I have had my series x for about 8 months now. At first, it was all good but after a few months of playing games like gears 5 it would crash my Xbox and totally shut it down. I sent it in for repair and they sent me back the same one completely wiped. Fast forward a few months later and everything has been working fine with no crashes. (I even played out the rest of the GOW5 campaign with 0 problems). However, now on some games such as Rocket League and Warzone, my Xbox will occasionally( once every week- three weeks if even that) will just randomly close the game and return me to the home menu. I only have a few more months of warranty and wanted to get opinions on if I should send it in for repair. Or if the super occasional crashes I am getting are normal. I just don't want to be caught out of warranty with a busted Xbox since I really do love my series x. I see lots of posts where people say this happens to them very frequently and am wondering if it's going to eventually ramp up to be like their problem. I have seen many posts also, where people claim to have never had a crash or anything on their Xbox. Thoughts and experiences???

    For games that offer a set amount of time (like two hours) to try it make sure you quit the game via the menu button to end the timer. Do not just exit, exit the game then hit the menu button on the game at the home screen and quit.

    XBONE won't open anything unless I force shutdown/hard restart it EVERY TIME!?!?!?!

    While this is annoying, I've found that closing apps and games has helped. To do this, highlight it on your home screen and press menu. Choose Exit.

    Under the menu within the game, there is a game tab, I believe an exit should be there.

    I can check when I get back home as that is from memory if it is incorrect.

    After buying you probably need to fully exit the game by pressing the home button, then when on homescreen press the menu aka start button the select quit.
