Xbox exclusive games in Game pass remain fixed

Xbox exclusive games (Forza horizon 4, sea of thieves, gears of war, remain fixed in XBOX game pass or can exit the game pass.) I have physical and with game pass I can play without putting the disk. To Sell physical copy or not.

The only thing we know for sure is that Xbox exclusives will be available on Game Pass the same day they are launched. How long they will remain available is undetermined and Microsoft has said nothing beyond that. So anything beyond that is speculation.
However it is safe to say they will be available for the foreseeable future. But I would expect them not to be there forever. So it is up to you whether you want to sell them. For me it would depend on the game. Although I haven't purchased a game on disc
for 3-4 years.

Any game that's exclusive on console to PC or owned by Xbox Game Studios will remain on the console. Every month a few games are dropped but there is usually a 2 week notice of this so you should be able to keep up to date on the Xbox Game Pass App on
games being removed soon.
