    Well as with any product you never get a new one thats not how warranty works

    You send it in for repair and it gets replaced for a refurbished one or gets repaired

    Have you tried basic troubleshooting first ?

    Only way you are going to get a new one if yoy got it less then 30 days ago then you deal with the store and trust me they eill go thru the trounleshooting first

    If you can take the whole xbox and adaptor and try it on another arial cable, if you can try a different adaptor. If you can exchange the adaptor do that, if that doesn't work exchange the xbox, when i say exchange I mean get it fixed by the manufacturer
    or exchange it at the store.

    You just missed out on trade in sales from best buy and gamestop giving good money for 360s. But MS does not offer such a trade in program
