    Edit: We know that The language is latin, but doesn't make any sense if you actually translate it. "Lorem ipsum" paragraphs are often used as placeholders in graphics design to show where text is supposed to be placed and to showcase what it looks

    What happens when you access Events? Are you getting any error message?

    Try resetting the app as well:

    Open Settings. Go to System > Apps & features. Find an app you want to reset, and click on Advanced options. Just click the Reset button.

    Updating to Windows 8.1

    I have the same problem as MaxiRhyme021. Upgraded to 8.1. App doesn't open, and event viewer says The remote procedure call failed. All drivers are up to date and I have rebooted.
