    Xbox error: XBOS-3015 33db5347-1227-4fe6-bdbe-465771e0acd3


    I got a 1 year subscription for christmas, and whenever I enter it, wheter it is on the xbox one console itself, or on the website it does not let me use it, saying that an error has occured. Eventually I got this error number, and I need to know what's
    going on.

    Xbox Live 12 month code not working

    The error XBOS-3015 is in internal error code. Meaning that Xbox Support has an internal lookup for that error code.

    I forget the common XBOS errors but from what I recall that was a common one.

    Long story, short. Contact Xbox Support and let them know what you're trying to do and give them the error code XBOS-3015. They can look that up and see if it's an issue with the account or the code you're trying to redeem.
