xbox Error Status Report List

So I go to set up the WiFi on my Xbox 360 and it recognizes the wifi but it can't connect to it. when I press Y to see why it gives me this......what is this and how does this help me get wifi on my Xbox?

Considering that your Xbox 360 console is not connecting to your home network, would you happen to know if the console connects to any network? Have you attempted to connect the console to a hotspot connection available through a mobile phone, or even directly
connected to the router/modem through an ethernet cord?

If you have not tried these, attempt these suggestions and then reply to us with the results so that we can further assist with this case.

It didn't work. its a setting problem on my internet setting, but I don't know what. will the codes on this list help me?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with connecting to the Xbox Live on the Xbox 360. I recommend to try troubleshooting the network hardware and console. Additionally, the solutions available in our Xbox
360 Connection Error Solution can help get you connected.

Try this:

Disconnect and reconnect your console's power cable
Power cycle the network hardware by disconnecting and reconnecting the console's power cable

If the issue persists, try this:

Press the Guide
button on your controller, select Settings, and select
System Settings.
Select Network Settings.
Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network when the network list is displayed.
Select Configure Network.
On the Additional Settings
tab, select Restore to Factory Defaults. When prompted, select
Yes, Restore to Factory Defaults.

Note : This resets the console's network settings only, and
not other settings.

Turn off your console.
Turn on your console.

Wireless only: You will receive a message to configure wireless settings. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your wireless network.
Now Test your Xbox Live Connection

Try this and let us know the results.
