    Xbox Error problem


    Hi, I'm having an unusual problem. I haven't seen this on any other tread so I wanted to make one myself. I recently bought an xbox live gold membership card and I can play online on my xbox.When I login to the xbox.com webpage it says that I don't have
    xbox live gold. When I try to access my account it says that they discovered a glitch and the page can't be opened. When I try to open any game on the xbox marketplace(via xbox) it gives me the error code 8C230002, idon't have any family settings blocking
    the content and I have tried all of the solutions offered on the help website. Any solutions here?

    Xbox One Achievements won't pop...

    even though I get the achievements in their respective games. I get an error message 0x87c40011. However, the error doesn't exist when I enter it the xbox/support page.

    And that seems to be only one of the many issues I am having with the service.

    Anyone else having similar problems?

    Xbox Error problem

    That code means you ate prohibited from accessing the content, likely due to age restrictions.

    If you're using aa child account, only the adult account can lift the restrictions. If this isn't the case, try changing your privacy settings on the console. You can also try viewing the connect on the website.

    If those do not work, you'll need to contact Support, add there may be an issue with your account, such as being banned from making any purchases.
