  1. Xbox Error, Moderator Help?

Without getting into my specific account information I was informed by my bank of fraudulent charges dating back to 09/2017.

I had purchased COD WW2 Season Pass 11/03.

My bank cancelled and disputed all transactions as fraud and then discussed with me which transactions were valid and which transactions were invalid. I let my bank know the transaction on 11/03 was valid (for WW2) so they left the
funds on my account. My access to play the game was then revoked saying disputed: charge back. I spoke to a representative for about two hours which he then indicated to me that the bank disputed it in error and xbox already sent the funds back so they couldn't
do anything. He explained that it still shows on my account because it was charged back that morning and that the funds wouldn't arrive until later. The refund then posted on my account and I repurchased the game to have access. Less than a week later my account
is suspended for Marketplace Theft. I called a representative to explain the whole scenario and she said you can't appeal until 24hrs, which by then the suspension is going to be lifted. I'm pretty irritated (sure it's only a day) by the PRINCIPLE of the situation
as I'm paying for services and doing my due diligence by communicating for hours with what's going on only to get 0 help. Is there any moderator that can review this with me?

    :)

Your network is behind port restricted NAT

Does your NAT actually say STRICT or MODERATE when you run network test or are you going by the advanced test where it'll say open but also give an error code for port restricted NAT. If its the later, you'll get that error code when you hook to a router because the router is handling your NAT and x1 sees it as a filter, even though its not really filtering your necessary ports for Xbox live. If its the former, yea, you need to see Xbox forums as xstasis recommends.

Moderators are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement.

They just police the forums (well, they're meant to) & are regular gamers like everyone else.

What you should of done was contacted support straight away & disputed the charges.

What support told you was incorrect. You do not have to wait 24 hours to file a case review on a suspension but 24 hour suspensions are not eligible for a case review anyway because by the time the case was investigated again the suspension would be over.

There's nothing you or anyone can do.

    Hi,

Please avoid posting Gamertags/names/personal details of any accounts to these forums as it will most likely be removed by a moderator. If you feel an account is engaging in suspicious activity or 'phishing' etc you can 'Block' the account and also file
a report if necessary. The enforcement team will look into the complaint and decide on the appropriate action to take.

    Happy Gaming!

Please do not post the gamertags here. The enforcement team are the only ones who can do anything about it. So since you have already reported them, the enforcement team will investigate them and take the appropriate action.
