    Ok so ive had this error message since like August 28. Ive tried everything and still no luck. My xbox did a weird thing were it powered off by itself. I turned it back on, and again, it powered itself off. Idk what to do. My warranty has expired too.
    This sucks because if it was working like it should be, this wouldnt have happened

    Xbox one X will not play 4K Blu-ray

    I am having a similar experience, however instead of getting an error message the Xbox changes the resolution down to 1080p instead of staying on 4K.

    Also, the error message doesn't stay up long enough for me to read it and then the screen turns black. I can use the xbox button, but as soon as I select something, the system freezes.
