Xbox error message 803f8001

i have the same issue i own all my disc and been able play the before but just recently. it tells me the disc is not in and to see in store. its like they not connected to my account or my home xbox anymore

the game that i trying to play is halo wars 2, i buy for xbox one and i want to install in the pc with the same account.

Thank you for reaching out, we will try our best to get you back into Minecraft asap! I want you to clarify a few things for me so we can better assist you. Are you getting an error message along with that code? What kind of troubleshooting have you attempted?
If you haven't already, I want you to try
reinstalling Minecraftby doing the following:

1. From Home, select My games & apps, and then select
   See all.
2. When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button on your controller.
   
3. Select Manage game & add-ons, then Uninstall all.
