    xbox error E100


    Makes download update and verrifying update until 58% but applying update never start. Then the xbox makes one restart and after i got the message: E100 00000703 80910017.

    I got two options: restart this xbox, troubleshoot.

    Here's my problem

    Every time I turn on my Xbox one I get an E100 error (E100 0000070D 8B050001 to be exact) I have tried both of the offline system update files but here's where it gets interesting, when I try to do OSU2 I don't get an E100 error, I get an E101 error. Any
    ideas, help or suggestions?

    xbox error E100

    After 3 hours and a ton of trouble shooting, I replaced the ribbon cables on my CD drive and it worked again. It is trying to read the HDD drive as a CD drive since the ribbon cables were bad. Please upvote so ppl can fix their problem.
