    xbox error code not found


    Hi, my xbox says its connected to the internet and has an ip address and everything, however when I go to start a game, I get an error code of 0x97dd0019. When I search this code, its not found? haven't been able to play xbox for a week now!!!

    Turned modem on and off, we have had issues with the nbn, but that is all sorted now apparently - have internet to the rest of the house.

    What should I do next??
