    Not sure what the issue or the fix is here. The platform is an xbox one x. I have tried the restart/restore, usb offline update, wireless/wired connections (which was never the problem as I was always connected to the internet/network). I have chatted
    with xbox help and their attempts to help resulted in the same error. I noted in other online forums that this code was also a problem in the past year. I was hoping that someone knew if there is any other solution to this issue other than sending my device
    in for an exchange under warranty. Anyone have any idea?

    Alright, so as I was going through the initial set up after the reset, my xbox began to update itself and the error code
