    Xbox error code 0x803f800e


    I have reset my console several times, and my internet as well. Each time I've tried to start up a game, I get that same error code about renewing Xbox game pass when I do not even own game pass, I have Xbox Live Gold instead. I am stuck and frustrated and do not know what to do and I pay a lot of my hard earned money to have xbox live and I'm always getting these errors. This issue has been persisting several times a week for several weeks. Anyone can help me out here?
