Xbox Error Code 0x803f8001 & 0x82D40003, unable to launch EA Access Trial

I renewed my subscription to EA Access on September 8th, 2019, hoping to play a few hours of the NHL 20 trial. After completing the trial download, I attempted to launch the game through the EA Access
app and received an error message stating that the game had failed to launch, and to 'Repair & Retry' the download. Selecting this option brings me to the Xbox store, where I am prompted to "Play Trial" from the store's NHL 20 game menu. Once I try to launch
it from the Xbox store, I receive error code 0x82D40003 from the Xbox server. The error code states that Xbox has a problem checking my profiles usage rights. Subsequently, I have uninstalled NHL 20 and attempted to begin the download through EA Access, and
then launch the game through the EA Access app once completed. I am greeted with the same 'Repair & Retry" error message that brings me back to the Xbox store. I have attempted to begin the download through the Xbox store as well, where it shows a prompt to
'play trial'. Once the download completes, I try to launch the game through the Xbox store and receive the 0x82D40003 error code again. I have signed in and out of my profile. I have hard reset my Xbox. I have uninstalled the EA Access app, downloaded it again
to no avail, there is always a problem checking my profiles usage rights. To see if it was a problem with my EA Access account, I attempted to download the trial for FIFA 20. I am able to play FIFA 20's trial
with no usage rights issue at all. There is a problem with my NHL 20 file. After weeks of trying different options, my EA Access renewed this week for a second month. Hoping a charge for another
month of the subscription service would rectify my profiles usage rights issue, I attempted to launch NHL 20 again. I have followed all troubleshooting suggestions through xbox help. I am still receiving the 'Repair & Retry' error code through the EA Access
hub, which then prompts the 0x803f8001 error code from the Xbox server. I have been a EA Access subscriber for years prior, and have never encountered any technical issue comparable to this. NHL 20 was the sole reason I renewed my subscription to EA Access,
and it is the only game I have been unable to play through the service.
