    XBOX - Error code: 0x00000193 microsoft store


    When using my Xbox one I cannot download anything from the Microsoft store. I can click on a game to purchase, but then I get:

    Try that again

    Page could not be loaded. Please try again Later.

    "Refresh the page"

    Error code: Ox00000193

    Does anyone know how to fix this? I restarted my modem, reset my xbox... None of which have worked...

    The thing is i cant reach the store due to a error code called "0x00000193". Which wont allow me or my brother to use the store (he has a different xbox) does it have anything to do with my ip adress or internet?
