When I select the Account tab, there is a problem 8C150009 and I can not find a solution

Thanks for reaching out! I think DominumStige may be onto something regarding updating your 360 and I know you have tried recently; however, sometimes the updates on 360 can get a bit tricky. I recommend trying to

roll back the updates to the console to see if it helps out by allowing the update to attempt to go through again. You may also wish to cycle your network hardware/router for a few minutes as well after you do the rollback while the console is off and unplugged.

1. Clear the system cache.
2. Roll back and then reinstall system updates. To do this:
   1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
   2. Go to settings and select System.
   3. Select Storage.
   4. Enter the following button sequence: X, LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X.
      
   5. Select the option to roll back all system updates that are installed. The console will restart automatically and then download the updates again.

I have spent many hours on the solution and many times updated and downloaded the profile: - /

I would try the solutions on this page and see if it improves.
Troubleshoot problems with update. Also try rebooting you internet hardware by unplugging router/modem if have two then both for30 seconds plug back in then try to connect.
