Ok are you game sharing because if you are xbox thinks the people who has your account owns it

I would try to delete the game and reinstall it from the disc. Maybe there are some files corrupted. No worry for your savegames, since they are synched with the cloud.

sorry to hear you are having problems playing your game.

There are a couple things that I have done in the past to fix this problem when something like this has happened to me.

• First thing I would do is power Cycle and clearing the Xbox one cache.
  • To do this hold down the Power Button for 10 seconds until for Xbox to fully turn off. Once the Xbox is turned off Unplug the cord from the back of the Xbox. Press the power button a couple time to be sure all power is out from Xbox and plug the cord back
    into the Xbox. Turn on Xbox and try to launch the game
• Second thing I would try is uninstalling the game then signing back into your account and reinstall the game
  
• • To remove account from Xbox go to Xbox system settings and go to accounts then remove accounts. select the account you want to remove.
  • To add the account back hit the Xbox button on the controller go to the gamer tag profile picture to the left and hit add new. Enter you email and password and your account should be added back to the Xbox. Once you account is back on your Xbox you can
    reinstall the game.

Do you have Gold and Gamepass subscriptions activated on the same account you are trying to play or you use gameshare for the subscriptions? because in this second case maybe game sharing is not working well.

If you want to use "disc" version of the game, sometimes you need to unistall the game and reinstall it using disc.
