    Hi, based in UK, son has an XBox1. For the last two days, when he tries to play a game, and I sign in for him, we get the error message 0x801901f4. It is connected to the internet, we have switched it off for 10 seconds and on again, but still

    Hello TedGBrXD, a solution i found on other threads similar to this is delete your account from your console, to do this go to Settings>Account>Remove Account. after that re-enter your email and password to sign back in and Re-Add the account to your console.
