Xbox Error 0x800701e7. Xbox one. Ark will not launch. Games will not install.

This all started about an hour ago. Ive been playing ark since this morning, no problems. I take a break, play some Elite Dangerous on PC, then come back to ARK SE. My server isnt showing on the server list, so I hard restart my console (holding power down
for 10 seconds) and this always works.

This time though, I get a message when trying to launch Ark SE. “Give it another try” along with the advice to reset my console, if a restart doesnt fix the issue, accompanied by the error code 0x800701e7. I follow these steps, still does not work. I eventually
got fed up, uninstalled the game and went to reinstall. Now this is where its getting worse. My xbox will not install any games. It keeps starting, and stoping the installation. Ive tried multiple games, but it will not work. I have the original xbox one,
but it has never given me an issue such as this. Does anyone know any solutions or what could possibly be going on here?

Try to clear the cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and then check if an update is available or check that your game works. If you don't want to do it that why you
could unplug the power brick until the light on the brick goes completely off may take up to a minute but most likely 30 seconds. Then plug it back in and turn it back on.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your game and console working as intended. I can totally understand how this could be a pretty peculiar situation to find oneself in. If you are experiencing problems with installing
your games, the best course of action in terms of preliminary troubleshooting would be to try the steps outlined in our support page entitled Troubleshoot
game or app installation problems on Xbox One.

If that doesn't work, and your network is up to par (connected with an open NAT type) try a soft factory reset of the console.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

When you have the chance and have all the sign in information for any important gamertags on you console (as you'll have to redownload them after) follow the steps here on

Reseting the console is the next step if restarting did not work.

Earlier today I tried playing the game "Ark Survival Evolved" and the game wouldn't launch and had no error message... I decided to reset my console (Xbox One S) but keep all games and apps... Now the game is in my queue for download/update but it keeps saying installation stopped
