    xbox error 0x80070002


    My friend sent me a 14 day free trial of the gamepass, and I added it to my account. It directed me to download the xbox app to access the gamepass, but when I try to sign in it tells me " We couldnt sign you in to xbox live. The system cannot find the file specified." Clicking 'more info' only gives me the error number. I have tried reinstalling the xbox app and the microsoft gaming services app, but it still gives me the same error.
