    Im trying to check my xbox entertainment for all plan status to see how many months I have left to pay. For some reason when I log into my account on xbox.com nothing comes up under subscriptions except to buy xbox live gold plan, like I don't have gold
    already. There isn't even an option to cancel the subscription.

    If you have the entertainment for all plan; that is, you bought your Xbox for 99.99$ and are paying a 15 $ Xbox live subscription monthly for two years, there is a possible explanation. If you have changed payment methods on your Live account, you will also
    have to change the entertainment for all Live subscription. It s my understanding it is a two step process. This is what fixed the problem or me two weeks ago. If this applies to you, I would call Live Support and explain you have the entertainment for all
    Live subscription, and tell them they ay need to update the payment subscription option.

    If you are on the Xbox 360 Entertainment For All Plan (formerly “2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract”), your account must be associated with a credit card. Pre-paid cards and PayPal are not valid payment options for this subscription. You can change your
    payment to another credit card, but if you do not have a credit card associated with your account and it is before the end of the two years, you are effectively canceling the subscription and will be charged an Early

    http://billing.microsoft.com
    too, to see if any subscription is shown there.

    Also try using a different browser to check if that help anything.

    If both steps don't help I assume the best thing to do is to contact Xbox Support, so they can check what is going on. To contact Xbox Support use

  5. well I tried to go to billing at Microsoft and using a new browser, neither one helped so I will contact support

  6. so support couldn't really tell me why it wasn't showing up but they did answer my question of how many months I have left to pay. Its like it dosent show me as a gold member but I play online everyday. Not sure

    But what happens when you have an automatic payment for it???

    I bought the xbox as part of that 99 dollar 2 year subscription plan and its giving me that same "sorry but you can't use this until blah blah blah update subscription crap" and the money is still coming out??
