    we need to get rid of the Enforcement team, I’ve been banned 3 times now, and when I get a response from a case review it’s always the same, word for word responses, and it’s always signed by the same person. I think is run off an automated system. Which
    means people who are innocent are gonna be charged anyway, which isn’t stupid and unfair. It needs to be redone or rid of completely

    First every report that is made is reviewed by an actual enforcement agent

    Second its simple follow the code of conduct that you agreed to abide by when you signed up for the service and you will not have to worry about being suspended.

    I understand where you’re coming from however the Xbox Enforcement Team does not use these forums. Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live
    Policy & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

    Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:



    • Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff
    • Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity
    • Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players
    • Hacking, Modding or Cheating
    • Marketplace theft


    If you want to contact the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team you can file a Case Review - You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire. But on that event that you have already submitted a case review
    and the decision was upheld then there is nothing that can be done. - Note: Currently, Xbox device bans are not eligible for Case Review. To make a Case Review - Click

    To add to what the others are saying which are correct

    But since you didn't mention what type of suspension it was here is some help

    If it's communications suspension maybe you should tone down the trash talking or foul language xbox and most services require you to be rated E for everyone

    Also should be noted multiple suspensions Can lead to a permanent suspension and xbox isn't the only services that does this

  7. Yeah, all I can suggest is remaining civil while playing on Xbox Live. It's worked for me so far.

    Yeah, all I can suggest is remaining civil while playing on Xbox Live. It's worked for me so far.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums. You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review.
