xbox enforcment

hi, I keep getting communication banned and I don't know why. I usually keep to myself or ill talk to a group of friends. The ban stated both time that it was because of "language' . I think xbox enforcement is both unfair and needs to take a second look
into how they ban and for what they get banned for. lets be honest for a second tho we all swear or curse while on xbox parties or in game chat but I don't think that warrants a ban unless pointed towards another gamer. I love Microsoft as a company and I
love to play xbox with friends but I really hate the enforcement division of xbox, it is unfair to people who are trying to have a fun time playing with friends and get reported by someone who is mad they lost a game or is just mad at you because maybe your
not good at a game and are just banned because of these reports. I rarely talk to random in game chat because I don't want to have to deal with people who get mad over little things ,but yet some how I got banned for inappropriate language.

Yep, same here. Had a 1 day ban last week, the reason being "abuse of communication" or something along those lines, then lol and behold, last night I get another ban out of the blue for the same reason, for a week this time, despite the fact I only ever
talk to 3 friends in private party chat. I can only guess there's a lot of butt hurt people out there who don't take losing too well. As for microsoft's enforcement team, what a bunch of clowns. They obviously dish out bans based on nothing more than complaints,
without bothering to check facts or ask for the other persons side of the story first. It's hugely unfair, and frankly it's disgusting service from Microsoft, especially seeing as I have been an Xbox live user for 11 years, what an awful way to treat a loyal
customer.
