XBOX ENFORCMENT PENALTY MESSAGE

hello enforcment support team i have a very strong issue and i need help for. few days ago i played after a long time the game witcher 3 again . in the game i made a screenshot from a naked girl(prostitute) this screen i shared in my activity feed and in
the xbox community club . a guy named [Mod Removed] sends me a mail that he is angry about me and the screen i have postet . he calls me an old looking twat(whatever that means because i am german and my english language is not the best) than i blocked his
Communications. 3 -4 hours later i become under the new dashboard message entrance for xbox live mails a message and a penalty for that screenshot. its an official and licensed xbox one game !!! maybe because the titel i was give the picture was not correct
by me . i called the screenshot,, the [Mod Removed] ,, maybe that was not ok from me and i understand that. the enforcment message said too that the screen is deleated now ,and i understand that. the problem i have is that i become the last 4 days five times
new enforcment penaltys for the same screenshots and i dont was online or shared something , and in the last mail they said i'm banned now. what the hell is happen here ??? we talk about a screenshot ???!!! in my country germany are free in game boobs alowed
!!!! why i become 5 enforcment penaltys for a screen which microsoft deleat after the first mail ???!!! i am over 10 years live member , i am preview alpha tester since 3.5 years and my last penalty was 2009. please please take a look that issue .-my account

ISSUE

So i got this message whenever i try to play online saying cause of my past behavior i cant play online, but when i go to the enforcment site it says i have no active suspensions or bans. it says nothing regarding a console ban. and why am i not able to
post on the xbox one enforcment forum?

 

Consol ban

i didn't receive and messages from the enforcement team. No message from Xbox, nothing in my email, and nothing on the enforcment website. I called about this and appearantly I'm consol banned. I did nothing wrong for this and if I did I'd like to know what
so.

 

You can view your ban on enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. The enforcement team does not use these forums. In the meantime it would be best to read over the Code of Conduct for Xbox Live to avoid these suspensions.

 

Remember, nudity is prohibited as per the Code of Conduct.
