this is how I got banned I was responding to threats and hate mail say go to **** or go cry and then I got banned I was playing smite I was not molding hacking cheating nothing like that actually someone was spamming me death threats and abusive words not
me that were saying I'm going to dress as a clown and kill you they said I'm going to shoot you and feed to pigs that's what they said! I don't get how did I get banned but please just lower my ban to a week at least the only thing that distracts me from my
hard times right now is my Xbox I don't mind a week or two of waiting from a temporary ban but please take off the permanent ban from me the week I got banned I was playing smite only I wasn't talking to anyone just telling angry people spamming me go away.

The enforcement don't use the forums.

An email should of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why & how long you are suspended or you can check on the enforcement site
    http://enforcement.xbox.com/home

Like the gamertag by the way, love a bit of Northern Soul myself.

  3. Enforcment Action

I have had an Enforcement Action placed on my Xbox Live account. I can not fully understand the reason why.

It is only for a 24 hour period and it is due to my communication, messaging I believe so I can't chat or message.

World of Tanks certainly brings out the armchair generals in force, stating how bad you are or how you need to play, so at times, one reacts with an odd expletive pertaining to self pleasuring. I am sure I only used it once.

In fact my American and European gamer pals, refer to me as an English Gentleman, as it is unknown for me to fully participate in some of the conversations that arise that border on vulgarity.

When one hears the fruity language that I would not tolerate in my household, in The Division, sold by and endorsed by Microsoft, its a very bitter pill to swallow.

I have however reported a gamer for the content of his conversation whilst in party chat and appalling references he was making to African Americans. I hope that this has nothing to do with my Enforcement Action.

If you've received an Xbox enforcement action, what you can do depends on the type of enforcement action. Get answers to commonly asked questions about what you can do on Xbox Live at Xbox enforcement action FAQ.

Can I get unbanned. It was a typo for what I got banned for

HI, 111! Thank you for reaching out.
I'm AJ, an Independent Advisor for the Xbox Community.
I'm sorry to hear you received an enforcement action.

Unfortunately, this is not something I, or other users on these forums can help with.

If you've been suspended from using certain features on the Xbox Network, the best thing to do is to sign in at [ https://enforcement.xbox.com ]. This is where you'll be able to see your account's standing, find more information on past and current enforcement actions, and possibly, submit a case review for your enforcement action.

    • To see more information on your enforcement action:

    - Select your account from the "Showing enforcements for" drop-down menu
    - Select your enforcement action.

    * If your enforcement action is eligible for a case review, you can select "Submit an appeal".

    • Please note that:

    - Submitting a case review is the only way to get an enforcement action lifted.
    - Not all enforcement actions qualify for a case review.
    - Permanent console bans can't be lifted.
    - Customer support is unable to assist you with bans or suspensions due to not having access to enforcement details.
