Xbox enforcenmt false bans

So a while back I was false banned for apparently being abusive in chat, my case was up help and I was a week without been able to talk to friend or other players. Now 2 weeks after i get another message from xbox that my account has been banned once again
this time for 2 weeks and again a false ban, the only game that I play with vc is overwatch and I have to need for been toxic in that game but but other people do and nothing happens to they accounts after they get reported but actions are taken against me
for doing the right thing and reporting others that HAVE actually been toxic and abusive to me and my teammates. a question in the enforcement web sites questionnaire says that if you get reported enough time for no reason you can get banned, in this questionnaire
the answer to this is false and a pop-up text says that enfocement team has to look into the case and if you were actually false banned you don't get the ban, so enforcement team what happened to that rule? has anyone else had this problem? and is there anything
else I can do that isn't go into enforcement website and appeal my ban?

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

 

False Ban?

So i got on xbox and when i got on it says banned for two weeks, all ive been doing is playing bo2 with friends from school, this happened about three weeks ago but for 2 days, can anyone help me understand why this is happening?

 

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. They do investigate each complaint they receive before issuing suspensions. You can have a million complaints filed against but you will only receive a suspension if they find that
you have done something to violate the code of conduct/terms of service.

 

keep in mind if you continue to.violate the terms of use further punishments can occur

You have to keep it clean

Gameplay has no bearing on communications suspensions

It's how you act when communicating with your team and fellow players that can get you a communication suspension that also affects you r rep if they provide feedback on you

There is no I in team

 

if you use common sense you should be able to answer the questions with flying colors

And most of the answers are found on the terms of use and code of conduct

You do realiize it's right and wrong answers right?

What is truly wrong thing to Do is actually wrong

Harassment and threats include anything you say to curse or threaten another player anywhere between months to a few weeks ago

It's not rocket science

If you repeat the same behaviour in playstation expect the same result

BE HUMAN it's that simple

 

if you don't know the rules.and right and wrong how do you know you didn't break the rules.?
