My 13-year-old son has been banned from Xbox live forever, I monitor his online activity and he has done nothing wrong, I have done all the case review on enforcements page, but the ban is still in effect, I am not happy with your case review and the lack
of communication to a real person for help in this situation, so this is why I'm on here..... I have brought games with my credit card on his account and now he can't play, so I would like all my games that I have bought with my card transferred to my account
if he can not use this account please. thankyou [Mod Removed]

What makes you think they won't have the same level of control? Sony have said they won't enforce it, fair enough. That doesn't mean a publisher won't enforce it.Click to expand...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

If you have filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then that's it,there is nothing else you can do.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to when starting a account you forfeit all digital content,remaining live etc. if your account is banned.

You will not get a refund or the games transferred to another account,which can't be done anyway.

The games should still be playable while not connected to live as long as the console is the home console & set in offline mode in the settings.

If its an a.communication violation or harassment they will never repeat the exact words as they also have to.follow the rules

Yes, the Enforcement United program ended a while back maybe over a year ago if I'm not mistaken.
