    So why if you get an xbox enforcement order is the other party still allowed to contact you and send you messages? This is not right. If a person has reported you then they obviously dont want contact so for them to contact you after the report shows me
    they are just provoking the situation and should also be banned?

    Yes, the Enforcement United program ended a while back maybe over a year ago if I'm not mistaken.
