    I have an active ban on my account, and I received it after I had already gotten a ban. I have active subscriptions on my account and they are going to waste. I've posted reviews , answered questionares , and posted on forums. Please help.

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    Xbox Enforcement

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If you've already submitted a review then you would need to wait for their response. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

    Not all enforcement actions are eligible for a case review.

    Yes, the Enforcement United program ended a while back maybe over a year ago if I'm not mistaken.
