    After being console banned for a week just found out I am now suspended till October the 5th 2017 filed a case review, decision was upheld and I asked them to provide me with evidence to back up my suspension but still won't provide evidence.

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    Hey Fi5hyFinger5,

    The only way to contact the enforcement Team is on the enforcement website and if eligible to file a Case Review. As you have already done that and got the Suspension upheld there isnt anything more you do.

    Contacting Xbox Support over Phone / Chat or here in the Forum won´t help in enforcement cases, as that team is seperated and can only be contacted via a Case Review.

    So at this point, the Case Review was your only chance and with the Ban beeing upheld you need to wait until the Suspension is lifted, im sorry.

    As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to the enforcement team are under no obligation to provide you with evidence about your ban/suspension.

    Yes, the Enforcement United program ended a while back maybe over a year ago if I'm not mistaken.
