XBOX ENFORCEMENT

OK so here`s the issue XBOX ENFORCEMENT team seem to think its ok to ban people without any evidence from both person complaining and person accused!

I fancied a game on Tom Clancey`s Siege, so I log into my xbox load up siege and select multi player.

Now we all know ubisoft have a rule in that game you kill a team mate you get kicked automatically but when I spawned into the game I hadn't even played a round it was first round 2 guys decided for one to shoot to put me down and then throw in game chat abuse
at me then for the other guy to finish me with a head shot well how upset was I my game ruined and they didn't get kicked so it must be a loop hole through the ubi siege ban.

I told them I would get them back next round of which I did I killed both of them beginning of the round just like they did me and I got kicked then I msg one of them telling why I killed them now the only word I used at the end of the msg was **** ok I was
upset they wrecked my enjoyment of a game.

Well early hours of the next morning I got a ban off the enforcement team I followed their instruction to have it reviewed and wow no the review link does not work and there is no way to contact them to explain whats occurred and request the ban lifted and
as people say on here ringing xbox no good because they wont help.

So enforcement team how do you justify online bullies that ruin your game play and then complain and then you ban the person who was actually done wrong to.

here is and idea open an email service let people record the game if they've been bullied and then complained against and banned so they came screen shot of post the recording so you can have a look and not deal out punishment to the innocent.

I am strongly thinking on getting play station or creating a youtube channel dedicated to people innocent who get banned because of bullies so they can send me there footage and them I can prove the enforment team wrong and shame xbox for unfair treatment of
games your policy is suppose to stand for peace online and fairness and against inline bullies but the bullies complain the innocent get banned.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

as you can see you sent harassing msgs with curse words as it was asterisks out

Sending multiple. Unwanted msgs is harassment

And no it doesn't matter who starts the fight once someone reports you only you are accountable for your own actions
