Xbox Enforcement

I'M sad to say I made the switch to PlayStation today I was a huge 360 fan got the Xbox one on midnight release waiting in a long crowd for hours and I've defended Xbox in every way I could I believed in the Xbox brand and team and while it's true there
is a lack of exclusivity titles on Xbox and a lack of really rpgs in general that unfortunately is not why I was forced to switch. I am a very competitive gamer and I feel as if Xbox is no longer accepting of competitive gamers on their service, allow me to
explain. In the code of conduct it states no yelling, trash talk etc etc.... or you're subject to enforcement action it used to be a lot more lax on 360 where unless you threatened someone in a message aggressively there would be no enforcement taken from
my personal experience and from friends of mine unfortunately that is no longer the case now if you have an argument in messages or if people just report you for no reason they just report for communications you're almost guaranteed a suspension on communications
which I feel is horrible especially when the community knows it happens and abuses it for example my friend reported me after I sent a message saying f off just as an experiment a few hours later suspension for a week like its hilarious psn from my experience
is a lot more relaxed on this issue which by the way Xbox there's the feature called block and mute if you don't like someone unless there's a serious threat to that person physically made why not encourage the block feature stop handing out bans or suspensions
for petty arguments or words it's sad honestly were playing m rated titles there's cursing in the campaigns and if there is an actual threat made that is legitimate that's a police matter not Xbox matter but simply banning or suspending people over trash talk
is outrageous have fun with banning half of all the cod community honestly but for everyone here what's your take on this ? Personally I'm sad to leave Xbox it was a great place before they decided to cater to everyone's feelings as if we're children in a
daycare not all of us are sjws some of us can take and give trash talk it's called life

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.
