XBOX ENFORCEMENT

I know I should have just left it but cause I didn't have a mic I got cussed out by 5 people in a party and kicked all for nothing. I don't know all there gamer tags but the leaders was Picklewickle they all had mics so there was no proof of them cussing
me out and kicking me out I get banned for no reason expect not having a mic and yelling at them thru message. Enforcement people please just get more info before banning people. Cause they all had part in it to but nooo I get banned only

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

it doesn't matter who started the fight you retaliated in a way that violates the terms.of use you will.also.be punished it's simple.and.common sense you usually learn this in life

You can file acase review at enforcement.xbox.com but most likely will be upheld

Remember their actions have no bearing on yours when it comes to Enforcement

You have to abide by the rules

Their story as you call it only reflects on their actions and reports nor do they make you immune to the rules

 

by your reasoning if they drove 200 kph and you did it also would.it be their fault if you were the only one caught ? How well do you think the officer will regard you when you say they did it too
