Xbox enforcement

xbox banned my account from accessing online because my little brother was trash talking while i was at wrk nd now i cnt get online i emailed enforcement team about getting ban lifted but they continued ban which i dont think is right if a person trash talk
why ban them frm playing online completely shouldnt u jus ban them from communicating with players i cnt evn play online and it wasnt evn me thats not right i think xbox need to change that asap and because of that i think im goin to switch to playstation

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

If the enforcement team upheld their decision there is nothing else you can do. You are responsible for your account at all times so it doesn't matter if it was you or your brother, all that matters is that it was your account signed in at the time.
