    Ive received a BANN for 15 days or what ever an I'm not impressed I'm playing an 18+ game were a loading screen is someone **** into a toliet yet I cannot use bad language.. I've payed this service or 10 years and I can get banned for using a word like ****?
    Does this happen on PS4? No! Does this happen on Pc? Nah so why are Xbox enfprment banning aload of ransoms with hardly any reasoning and the only way I can get through to contacting them is a case review where it asks you a load of random questions get one
    wrong an you have to wait? Not impressed 10 long **** years I've payed for this for you to go nah he can be banned again for a month

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    100% should not be able to banned unless there is a proper contact centre that I can call and resolve the issue I shouldn't have to wait for a case review to be told no after they looked at it for 2 seconds

    Code of Conduct     that you agreed to when you set up your account. Follow this and there is no problem.

    The age rating on a game just mean that a person under that age can not buy the game.It does not mean they can not play that game & the age rating does not apply to xbox live.

    Everything you do on live must be rated E for everyone.

    And yes,it is the same on PSN/PS4.
