    I have gotten a week suspension for calling someone retarded. Thus is probably the only time I've sure foul language on my account because I primarily only use party chat with friends. If I reported everyone that ever used and language on Xbox you wouldn't
    have any players because everyone swears and says way worse stuff then what I have said. The kid I called a name used bad language with me first and i get he's not suspended!! This ban is absolutely ridiculous! If my ban is not removed I can promise I will
    no longer be a Microsoft customer.

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    Yes, the Enforcement United program ended a while back maybe over a year ago if I'm not mistaken.
