    my account was recently perm banned for "cheating" i have never "cheated and got banned for it even though ive been on xbox for 5+ years my friend also got banned and we both tried appealing and got denied in 24 hours with the same default response is there anybody i can talk to about this i find this very unfair and am upset at this

    Yes, the Enforcement United program ended a while back maybe over a year ago if I'm not mistaken.
