    Why does the Enforcement Violation NOT give you the specifics on your violation. It says right in the TOS some 'trash talk' is acceptable. And I don't even think I trashed talked someone. Submitted Appeal & quickly denied. And it is a 4 day ban. Reviewed all my chats with people and nothing whatsoever stands out as harassing, abusive, racial, sexual -- none of that. The most 'trash talk' would be telling someone they were excellent at exploiting programming errors in the game.

    My biggest issue is not the incessant reporting trolls and some who thinks its funny will do, but with the Notification & especially the Appeal process. If not in the initial notification, as I imagine some violations are obvious to the violators, but in the Appeal in violator is confused then 'train' tell them what in their message was against TOS and why it was greater than acceptable trash talk.

    If Xbox has "some trash talk" allowed in their TOS, then WHY is the company not making enforcement team be more interactive with those being penalized?

    Yes, the Enforcement United program ended a while back maybe over a year ago if I'm not mistaken.
