Xbox enforcement

A few months ago my account was unfairly suspended by Xbox live enforcement. After fully explaining my case on how they got it wrong, they refused to reply to me and still chose to keep my account suspended. It frustrates me when people get something wrong
and refuse to acknowledge that they got it wrong. They did nothing to right this wrong but chose to ignore me instead. I've written them like 5 to 7 times and my messages just go on deaf ears. Yet enforcement states that they do an extensive investigation
with integrity blah blah blah. Yet none of this wasn't done in my case.

Thanks Xbox for caring about your users. You only post users posts to the forum when you're right not when you're wrong and your integrity is at stake.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

They will only ban accounts that they have proof after an investigation that any wrong doing has been committed, any TOC rules broken will end up as a temp or perm ban.

if they don't reply on the forums then they send you a PM.

They do a through investigation & will not suspend/ban an account unless they are 100% sure that you have broken the ToC/CoC so they didn't get anything wrong
