Xbox Enforcement

I think it is strange you can get banned for quoting a vine ( which in this case i jokingly said ya mom a hoe ) but if some racist kid can say whatever he wants to and it can be used for content on youtube. It is also dont get why you cant over turn a 24hr
ban and the only way to talk to an actual person is through support. I wish I could have been help tonight but the only help i could get was "there is nothing we can do." It also sucks i cant have an actual conversation with an employee of the xbox enforcement
team .

Did you check your email and make sure you're not the subject of XBOX Live enforcement?

 

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

 

The reason that a 24 hour suspension is not reviewable is because by the time the enforcement team reinvestigates the report and makes a determination the suspension would already be over.

The reason that the case review process on their website is the only way to talk to them is that they would not be able to do their jobs because all they would be doing is answering the phone and telling people the reason that they were suspended.

Best thing to do is to Follow the code of conduct which can be found here and you will never have to worry about being suspended.

Youtube and Xbox both enforce their rules differently, if you see racist comments on video report the video!
