One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    Hi StringedCrane13,

I highly recommend setting your son xbox account on a child account and if you know the person that harresing him then block him on your sons account so he can't annoy your son anymore

    Hi there,

I am sorry to hear you are going thru this, your best bet is to set your son's account to Child Access, this way he wont be able to be targeted. People out there can be cruel sadly.

It doesn't matter how many times someone reports your son. As long as your son doesn't violate the

    Code of Conduct
    , nothing will happen.

HOWEVER: If your son did something that violated the Code of Conduct, every report will attach the sent message or other data and telemetry along with the report as evidence for the Enforcement Team to review.

If they find, your son violated the Code of Conduct, a suspension will be issued.

It's like saying "There are so many football hooligans destroying shop windows and rioting through the city, and my son who tipped over that car and lit that trash can on fire got arrested by the police."

If your son got an Enforcement suspension, then he violated the Code of Conduct, and the Enforcement Team has the evidence to prove it.

So please educate your kid to NOT engange in "using some words", when these words violate the Code of Conduct.

If your kid gets harassed by other kids, educate your kid to NOT respond, but to report these messages and block the offending kids.

If necessary, as a parent, go to
    https://account.microsoft.com/family
and add your child's account to your family (make sure your kid really has their own child account, and are not using your or another adult's account).

After you added your child's account to your family, go to
    https://account.xbox.com/settings
, click your child's account, and make it, so your kid can only talk to "Friends Only". Then make sure your kid only has known friends in their friend list, that they know and won't report your kid.

That way, your kid will only be able to talk to kids they know, that won't report your kid. All other people will be unable to talk to or harass your kid.

    Thank you for you're answer.

I have spoken with my son.

There was someone who harassed my son and he reacted on him. I think it is all the time the same person and he know that my son will respond on him.

I told him not to respond amd report his messages.

Hopefully this will help for him.

His account is added as a family account.

    Thanks for the response.
